Thanks for coming to open house tonight!!  I loved getting to meet all the new families!  I am excited to see you on Thursday for the first day of school!!

We had so much fun at the Children's Museum in Eau Claire.  Afterwards we went to Carson's Park and had a picnic lunch and played at the park.  We were so lucky to have such beautiful weather!

After reading Thunder Cake we decided to make it!  We even added the secret ingredient (tomatoes)!!

We enjoyed having the highschoolers come over and read their wildlife books that they wrote.

Plastic Bag Recycling Contest April 22-29!!  We are having a contest to see what class can bring in the most plastic bags!  Last year Mrs. Leonard had the winning classroom total with 1,951!!  The overall school total was 21,605!!  Bring in as many plastic bags as you can find to help our classroom win!!
