We read Chrysanthemum and then did a flower project with our names.  All our flowers are different based on our name.  We are each special and unique!!

Thanks for coming to open house tonight!!  I loved getting to meet all the new families!  I am excited to see you on Thursday for the first day of school!!

We had so much fun at the Children's Museum in Eau Claire.  Afterwards we went to Carson's Park and had a picnic lunch and played at the park.  We were so lucky to have such beautiful weather!

After reading Thunder Cake we decided to make it!  We even added the secret ingredient (tomatoes)!!

We enjoyed having the highschoolers come over and read their wildlife books that they wrote.
