We were representing the country of England.
The students enjoyed learning about the government and our community from Dan Renzoni, who was our Junior Achievement volunteer.

The Monday that we came back after our snow day we found that we could not see out of our window because the snow was so high!  What a winter we are having this year!

100th Day Celebration

We had fun bringing in 100 items, doing 100th day math activities, making a necklace out of 100 fruit loops, reading 100th day books, and having competitions to see who could be the first one to complete 100 math problems and what groups could get a 100 piece puzzle done the fastest!

Penguin Day

Over the past several weeks, the students have been busy learning about penguins.  To celebrate all our hard work, we made Thursday, January 22 Penguin Day.  The students had fun dressing up like a penguin!  They even got to each bring in snacks and drinks that started with a "P".  Some examples of snacks that students brought in were potato chips, popcorn, punch, and pickles.
